iPhone 4S Specs

Many believe that the next iPhone won't include 4G connectivity, we predict the new iPhone will either be called the iPhone 4S or iPhone 4G dependent on 4G capability being included. The next iPhone will include a dual-core A5 SoC, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 8 megapixel camera along with storage of 16/32/64GB. It will work on both GSM and CDMA networks, but be limited to 3G speeds and likely be a world phone instead of maintaining separate models/designs. I will be thinner and slightly wider with a larger display and may have a capacitive home button.

Processor: iPhone 5 will boast a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU
RAM: BloombergM only thinks 512MB of DDR2 RAM included instead of 1GB of RAM like many Droid smartphones.

The next iPhone's release timeline looks like this:

• This week Apple will send members of the press invites to attend their traditional Fall Event.
• Next week will be the day the event will be held in the San Francisco area.
• Starting on September 28th, Pre-orders will be taken online.
• On October 7th the iPhone 5 will be available to the masses, people have already started waiting in line for it.
• Apple loves to generate hype, so I expect a long drawn out release.
